How We Provide Value to Our Customers

When you contract SSA to sell your items, you use our experience and reputation.  We pride ourselves on our highly rated reputation on eBay.  In addition, we know the tricks to get bidders attention and "The secret to selling product on eBay."  Knowing on which days and times to close, having attractive, eye catching templates that match your product, good write-ups with detailed/accurate information, and most importantly plenty of great quality photos.  Concise, accurate descriptions are a necessity to sell anything.  A description that is too short will turn a buyer off, a description that is too long will become boring and a description that does not list all pertinent information will leave the item without bids.  Photography is perhaps the most important aspect of listing on eBay, we have a specific photo set area with great photo equipment and lighting with specially prepared backgrounds to insure the best possible photographic representation of your product or items.  I stress this because we know that only with great photographic representation can you receive the bids deserving of your product.  When you stop to think about bidders, they only have three things to go on when they find an item they want.  Those items are the concise accurate description of the product, the quality of the photos that represent the product and the reputation of the seller and his/her history.
     To Summarize:
Knowing when to close on an item, accurate concise descriptions, professional quality photos and a trustworthy seller are those things which bring high bids and more bidders.  This is where we concentrate our efforts and where we excel.  Because of this, we will most likely get more for your product than you will.

Once we have a contract:
We will write descriptions based on what you have told us and the information we have found after research.  This information will be used to write up descriptions which will be up-loaded into templates along with several photos of each item.  The listing will go on eBay at the times specified and close 7 days later.
Once sold, SSA will collect the funds from the winning bidder.  We will pack and ship the item.  Incidentally, in 12 years of eBaying, SSA has never had an item delivered that was damaged in transit.  Not Once!  When the buyer leaves us positive feedback, or 14 days after receipt,  whichever comes first, we  consider the sale complete.  You receive a check in the mail with an itemized statement of charges and a copy of all packing slips, in accordance to the  consignment contract.  Based on the contract at signing we will either deliver the items that did not sell if any, or you will pick them up as agreed.
