How To Start

1.  Contact us through our contact button on this web site. In the Subject Line Of The E-Mail type "Super Store Auctions".  When typing your email, give us as much description of your items as possible, or if you already have our business card just give us a call.   We will access the value of your item/items using prior eBay sales on like items in like condition.  This will give you a good idea how much your item/items will sell for and how well items of this nature sell.
We will get back to you ASAP.  Depending on what we find on your items, will determine if we or you will want go to the next step.
2.  Bring your items to SSA or if you're in Trumbull or Mahoning County, we may come to you.
3.  If you decide you want SSA to sell your items.  We will mutually sign consignment papers.
This contract will necessitate the giving of all details and information you know about the product. History is often important, but we must know about all defects and any pluses about the item/items.
5. SSA will take possession of the item/items, photograph them and do a write-up for each listing, photos and descriptions will be uploaded to templates.  Then the item/items will be listed on eBay for 7 days.  During the listing period we will respond to all questions that potential bidders may ask. 
6.  Once sold, SSA will collect the funds from the winning bidder.
7.  We will pack and ship the item.  Incidentally, in 12 years of eBaying, SSA has never had an item delivered that was damaged in transit.  Not Once!
8  When the buyer leaves us positive feedback, or 14 days after receipt,  we  consider the sale complete,
9.  You receive a check in the mail with an itemized statement of charges, in accordance with the consignment contract.
10.  We will give you a business card, keep it for next time.
